In my experience as a teacher, it stood out to me that I was teaching my classes their fundamental numerical skills using the exact same resources my teachers used to teach me when I was at school. I knew there was a mountain of research that proved that modern kids were multi-sensory learners and had found that children learn best when the lessons are stimulating and interactive.
